Ground Contact – Week 2

This wee in our ground contact series Sam will be  be explaining what ground contact is and the role the foot plays in your movement today we are using and RDL as an example.

By going into further detail and explaining the underlying principle this should give you a greater understanding and awareness to help benefit your training. We highlight what makes better and poorer ground contact and the effect this has on our body and movement.
