Peter has been doing CrossFit since 2009. He is a qualified CrossFit Level 2 coach and studied Sports Science at University.

Sam is a trained Sports Therapist which he does alongside his coaching. Sam studies Sports Injury Management at university.

Will has been doing CrossFit for 5 years. CrossFit Jorvik was the first box he joined. Before starting CrossFit Jorvik Will had tried lots of other fitness “trends” but none ever stuck until he got the CrossFit bug.
Jess Benford

If you’ve emailed in or messaged on social media you have probably spoken to Jess. Jess was the first person to attend the first ever CrossFit Jorvik class in 2013.

Alex came from a high level of rugby league and started coaching 5 years ago. He has a passion for helping people move better whilst getting stronger. He also LOVES Tacos.
