MOVE is the cornerstone of CrossFit Jorvik’s programming with strength and conditioning combined, Your traditional CrossFit class accessible to everyone and anyone. If you are looking to get in the shape of your life, MOVE is all you need.
Train
TRAIN is our slightly more technical class focusing on Olympic lifting and a full spectrum of gymnastic work. The kind of thing you see at the CrossFit games, nothing is ruled out in the TRAIN Class.
Build
If you’re looking to BUILD, shape and get stronger this class is for you. Slightly lower intensity than the other classes focusing on tempo and feeling the burn in those muscles.
Work
If you’re looking for a high paced, calorie burning, sweat session you have come to the right place. WORK is our full on cardio session focusing on building your engine.
