Introduction Into Weightlifting

CrossFit Jorvik is running an introduction to weightlifting workshop.

We will be going through the very basics of the Clean & Jerk and snatch breaking each part down.

This course is for anyone who has had little to no expose to olympic weightlifting.

You will hopefully leave the workshop armed with the knowledge to start olympic lifting.

CrossFit Jorvik members can book in via WODBoard, if you are not a member please contact us to book a place!
