This year we are taming things down… Like Glastonbury we will be taking a year off the legendary CrossFit Jorvik party and doing things a little different.

This year we will be putting on an afternoon Tea for all the members.

We will be running the final Autumn League workout in the morning and the followed by afternoon tea and drinks.
